This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (2-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-7 business days).

ZYOUNAT ships to all EU countries from our European warehouses, ensuring fast and efficient delivery. Most orders arrive within 2-7 business days. If you are located in Scandinavia or the Baltic countries, delivery time is 2-5 business days.
