Refunds and Returns
You may return all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return carrier. However, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (2-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-7 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email to info@zyounat.com with the details of your order that you wish to return.
Shipping
ZYOUNAT ships to all EU countries from our European warehouses, ensuring fast and efficient delivery. Most orders arrive within 2-7 business days. If you are located in Scandinavia or the Baltic countries, delivery time is 2-5 business days.
Most orders are delivered via DPD and its local partners. New delivery options and partners will be available soon. Orders placed before 18:00 (British time) are dispatched the next working day, except for certain made-to-order items.
